NEW DELHI, May 5 : Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves on Tuesday discussed global macroeconomic concerns and ways to strengthen the partnership between the two countries.
The two leaders held a virtual interaction, the finance ministry said on X.
“Both leaders discussed various economic issues concerning both countries, including current global macroeconomic scenario, strengthening India and UK economic and financial partnership in areas of mutual interest,” the ministry said. (PTI)
