Sir,
It has been a general complaint of public and school administration that shortage of teaching staff is largely responsible for slow speed of educational development in rural areas. Unfilled vacancies, mid session transfers and last but not the least engagement of teachers on census and survey duties etc. are major contributory factors in rendering the schools defunct.
The authorities at the helm of affairs who are supposed to provide teaching and administrative staff in schools obviously are not much bothered and consequently many schools in rural, hilly areas remain suffering. Proper infrastructure and specific teachers are always boons for efficient schooling. Development of educational institutions means development of the nation. Education plays significant role in formation of one’s career.
In villages where private institutions are hardly found, masses entirely depend on Govt schools. Therefore, no effort should be left undone in making the schools highly functionable.
Yours etc….
