JAMMU, Feb 7: Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Bahu Fort (Jammu) will organize Shobha Yatra of Ravi Dass ji on February 9.
This was stated by Mangat Ram Kalsi, secretary of the Sabha while addressing a press conference, here today. He was accompanied by newly elected adhoc committee members of the Sabha.
Kalsi said that this historic Shobha Yatra will start from Head Office Krishna Nagar at 11.00 AM and conclude at Gurudwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, Bahu Fort (Jammu).
He said the Sabha has made all arrangements for Shobha Yatra. “The Shobha Yatra will be received with warm welcome. Langer Prasad will be served to thousand of devotees of Shobha Yatra,” he said, adding, the Sabha has already started Prabhat Pheries and its concluding ceremony will be performed on 8th February from 5 AM to 7.30 AM in the premises of Gurudwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, Bahu Fort.
Kalsi informed that all the branch sabhas have assured to participate in the Shobha Yatra with colourful jhankies with different themes.
Those present in the press conference were Shamlal Kalsi, Joginder Paul, Om Praksh Thapa, Rajan Kalsi, Manohar Lal, Surinder Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Kimti Lal, Tej Ram Kalsi, Mohinder Kumar, Romi Devi, Veero Devi, Darshna Devi, Rani Devi, Pushpa Devi, Babita and Toshi Devi.
