JAMMU, Dec 13: Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackery) today strongly criticized State Government for proposing to pay Rs 4 lakh compensation to the family of Muzaffar Wani, brother of Burhan Wani, who was killed by security forces.
Talking to media persons, here today, the Shiv Sena State chief Dimpy Kohli said that PDP ideology was same as that of separatists and by giving compensation to family of Burhan Wani, the Government was encouraging militants who are enemy of India.
“Hundreds of soldiers got killed while fighting with militants but the State Government did not give even a single penny to the families of these soldiers. This act of PDP shows its mindset and we appeal to higher authorities of BJP to immediately withdraw support to this party, which is encouraging militants in one way or the other,” he said.
