Shiv Sena forms Ramban unit with Tilak Raj as president

RAMBAN, May 20: After hundreds of workers and leaders of different political parties here today joined Shiv Sena, Manish Sahni J&K Shiv Sena president announced the formation of Ramban district unit of the party and launched the campaign ‘Shiv Sena Aap Ke Dwar’.
Announcing the formation of District Ramban Unit, Sahni appointed Tilak Raj as president; Pooja Devi as Women Wing president; Ashok Kumar as general secretary and Kishore Singh as youth wing president.
Speaking on the occasion, Sahni said that Shiv Sena will raise its voice to secure the rights of J&K people and the public should also remember the betrayal happening to them and give a befitting reply when the time comes.
In view of upcoming Amarnath Yatra, Sahni laid stress for arrangement of Bhandara along with welcoming the devotees of Bhagwan Shiv in J&K.
He condoled the deaths in tunnel collapse case and demanded trauma centers with proper facilities at district level.
The new entrants were welcomed into party by Shiv Sena general secretary, Vikas Bakshi; Natwar Lal, vice president and Udhampur Doda in-charge, Ashwani Prabhakar.
Angrej Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Raksha Devi were appointed as vice presidents while Madan Singh, Kanta Devi and Sardari Lal were made district secretaries.
