Shingari seeks vote for holistic development of Jammu West

JAMMU, Nov 27: Congress candidate from Jammu West constituency Surinder Singh Shingari has intensified the election campaign in Ward No.18.
Shingari conducted door-to-door campaign and apprised the people about the policies and programmes of the Congress party.
He was accompanied by Ward President Hari Dutt Sharma, block president Vijay Sharma, PC Chouhan, Arun Gupta, Vicky Dalotra, Malvinder Singh, Bunty.
Shingari appealed to the people to cast their vote in his favour in view of the services rendered by him in the constituency earlier.
He also visited Ward No 13 Resham Ghar Colony along with Vijay Malhotra, Pawan Sharma, Balbir, Kanta Bhan, Raj Bakshi, Anita Dogra, Tamana, Koda Shaha, Anita Sharma, Rajesh Shaini, Simi.
While addressing the massive gathering, Shingari sought vote for Congress party so that the development works in the constituency could take place.
Later, a general body meeting was also held at Block number 5 under the supervision of JL Koul and Paramjit Kumar (Bunty), which was attended by ex-corporators and hundreds of Congress party supporters.
Meanwhile, Advocate Rohit Sharma, candidate of Aam Mazdoor Kissan Party from Jammu West constituency and Aman Gupta, candidate of Hindustan Janta Party from Jammu West constituency withdrew their nomination and extended support to the Shingari.
Among others present were Arjun Singh, general secretary, Rohit Sharma, political advisor, MA Choudhary, Paramjit Goldy, etc.
