JAMMU, Oct 23: The Government today issued orders of transfer and postings of six KAS officers and also promoted about a score of other officers of various departments.
Riyaz Ahmed Wani, Director Sericulture has been transferred and posted as Director Urban Local Bodies Kashmir vice Farooq Ahmed Rather, who has now been placed as Director Floriculture, Kashmir.
Manzoor Ahmed Qadri, Secretary J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations has been shifted and posted as Director Sericulture, J&K; Abdul Hafiz Shah, Director Floriculture Kashmir was transferred and posted as Secretary J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations; Zamir Ahmed Reshu, Sub Divisional Magistrate Banihal as Project officer, Wage Employment (ACD) Ramban vice Zafar Ahmed Banday, who shall await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Mushtaq Ahmed Choudhary, Deputy Director Geology and Mining Department, Jammu has been shifted and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD) Udhampur vice Neelam Khajuria, who shall report to General Administration Department.
Seema Bharti, Deputy Director Horticulture Jammu has been shifted and placed as Secretary, J&K State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of Scheduled Castes.
Meanwhile, Govt accorded sanction of the Time Scale of the J&K Administrative Service in the pay band of 15,600-39100 with Grade Pay of 6600 from January Ist, 2018 to the seven officers. They are -Mohd Rashid from Excise and Taxation Deptt, Samir Jan, Rishi Kumar Sharma and Manmeet Kour from RDD and Saleem Beigh, Dilshada Akhtar and Rafiq Ahmed Lone from Social Welfare Department.
The Government also accorded sanction of the Selection Grade (NF) of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of 5600 in favour of 11 officers. They are- Athar Amin Zargar, Chand Singh, Mohd Hanief, Om Parkash, Qaiser Mehmood, Mohit Raina, Zeeshan Tahir, Jehangeer Akhone, Mohd Raiyaz, Sana Khan and Nasir Ahmed Bhat. Another KAS officer Shahnawaz Bukhari, was also accorded the same Selection Grade, with Pay Grade of 7600.
The Government also accorded promotion to Rakesh Kumar, Senior Private Secretary to Head of Departments (Gazetted) Service , as Principal Private Secretary in the level 12 (78,800-2,09,200).
