JAMMU, Mar 26: In line with RSS ideology that service to mankind is service to God its affiliate Seva Bharti Sankat Mochan Dal on the second day today distributed relief material among the poor and needy who have been most affected by the lockdown due to spread of deadly Corona virus.

Seva Bharti Sankat Mochan Dal relief team today intensified the distribution of ration and relief material among the needy people in various parts of Jammu.
The volunteers of the Dal distributed hundreds of bags of relief material containing rice, atta, pulses, edible oil etc. to the needy persons in the localities such as Puran Nagar, Pacca Talab Basti, Mana Basti Sarwal, Hari Singh Basti near High Court, Marath Basti, Trikuta Nagar, Rajasthan Basti, Raghunathpura Basti, Nagrota Bye Pass and other slum areas. Volunteers also interacted with the needy persons and appealed them to cooperate with the Government and law enforcing agencies to break the chain of Coronavirus.
As the Government has announced the lockdown to break the chain of deadly Corona Virus and to mitigate the problems of the labour class and the poor people who have been affected by the lockdown due to COVID-19 Seva Bharti Sankat Mochan Dal relief team members, said that the process of relief material distribution will continue till the lockdown is in force. They further added, that the people who are most affected by the lockdown will be provided the free ration at their door steps.
RSS believes in service to mankind irrespective of their caste, creed, colour religion and region and it is always in forefront to help the needy, a statement issued by the Sangh said. People who lost their earnings need the help and RSS affiliated organizations are intensively working to mitigate the sufferings of the people arising due to lockdown. Meanwhile Seva Bharti complimented the people who are contributing in this humanitarian campaign and appealed the people of Jammu to come forward to donate the relief material. It is worthwhile to mention that the most effected people due to lockdown are from the unorganized sector like daily wagers and at the same time lockdown is necessity of the hour to break the chain of Coronavirus.
