JAMMU, June 18: School Education Employees Coordination Committee SEECC (A) led by its State Chairman Amar Nath Thakur met Director School Education (DSE) Jammu.
The main demands put forth were displaying the data of all incharge officers and lecturers of all cadres on official website of Directorate and submitting the same to Administrative Department for regularization at the earliest, adjustment of all Plus2 Lecturers adjusted against the other subjects posts in July 2015, proper adjustment of Lecturers and Masters repatriated from Leh and Kargil as per choice, setting back all Lecturers, Headmasters, Masters and Teachers to their original districts who have completed their stay in Jammu district on rational basis, rationalization of teaching staff posts of all cadres, banning zero to zero transfers of teaching staff, etc.
Director School Education Jammu assured that the list of all Incharge Officers will be put on official website shortly and the dropout cases of headmasters and lecturers with their regularization will be sent to Civil Secretariat within days, drop out cases of lecturers are also being sent shortly.
Director said transfer melas will be organised in all districts falling under Summer Zone in Jammu Division the and after assembly session is over transfers will be done as per new transfer policy.
Director also assured that post facto permission is being granted to only those in service teachers who have duly followed the rules and DDOs have sanctioned the leave properly, but no post facto permission will be granted to teachers who have acquired degrees illegally and not following the departmental procedures.
Regarding adjustment of masters promoted in 2014, Director said the file is with Administrative Department and decision has to be taken by the higher authorities now. KGBV teachers will be regularized as has been assured by Education Minister on the floor of the House. Regarding release of SSA and RAMSA/NPS salary, she assured that she will talk about this to SPD SSA and salary will be released in the first week of July and regarding modification of Lecturers, she said that modification will be done after justification of cases.
