JAMMU, Mar 14: Vikay Kumar Balmotra, I/C Superintending Engineer, Planning Circle of JPDCL Jammu has been accorded additional charge of the post of SE, O&M Circle, JPDCL Rajouri.
Balmotra is already holding the additional charge of the post of SE, Procurement, JPDCL Jammu. It is worthwhile to mention here that several Chief Engineers, SEs and many Executive Engineers are holding two to three, additional charges, as many positions are lying vacant in the Power Development Department.
