Scholarship: HDFC Educational Crisis Scholarship 2018
Description: Students, who cannot fund their school fee pertaining to financial constraint resulting from family crisis, bereavement, death, permanent disability or loss of job of the bread winner of the family, are offered scholarship by HDFC bank.
Eligibility: Students of class 6 to post- graduation (degree or diploma courses), part time or full time, from any government or private institute, whose family is facing any unfortunate crisis since two years, are eligible to apply.
Prizes & Rewards: Selected school students will be rewarded up to INR 10,000 and INR 25,000 (max) will be given to cover college or university fee.

2. Category Innovation Based
Scholarship: SERB Early Career Research (ECR) Award 2018
Description: Budding researchers, holding a regular academic or research position in recognized academic institution, national laboratories or R&D institutions, and are steadfast towards doing inventive research in the field of science and engineering, are invited by Science and Engineering Research Board to apply for this scholarship.
Eligibility: Candidate holding a PhD degree in Science, Engineering, MD, MS or related medicine areas with age not more than 37 years, are eligible. Age relaxation up to 3 years are given to SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged and women candidate.
Prizes & Rewards: One-time grant of up to INR 50,00,000, inclusive of equipment cost, manpower, consumable cost, travel allowance and contingency grant for 3 years.

Scholarship: Merck 350 Research Grants 2018
Description: PhD holders, around the world are extended a series of research grants in several areas, with the motive of encouraging innovation in crucial areas that are relevant to the future.
Eligibility: Only researchers are eligible to apply.
Prizes & Rewards: Research grant up to EUR 3,50,000 p.a. for three years, invitation to the deep dive workshop, travel and accommodation cost and collaboration within Merck.
