JAMMU, Jan 20: As per notification issued by the Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CA&PD), the Government has designated State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, commonly known as State Commission, as the State Food Commission for the purpose of exercising powers under Section 16 of National Food Security Act-2013.
