JAMMU, Nov 11: Continuing developmental works at a progressive pace in Jammu West Assembly Segment, former Minister and MLA, Sat Sharma (CA) started blacktopping works at Ward 40 near Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kabir Colony . Sharma was also accompanied by local Corporator, Neelam Nargotra, officials of JMC and PWD, local residents and political activists of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that it was a long pending demand of the area which has been solved and providing best infrastructure to the masses at their doorsteps is his priority. He said every area in every Ward of Jammu West has witnessed development after he was elected as MLA and it is his duty to complete development in the Constituency in every sphere.
He said people must be alert from nefarious agenda of parties like Congress and their allies who are against development and for decades they were at the helms of the Government but they could not do anything for Jammu’s development which was only visible after BJP MLAs were elected by the masses who are working harder day and night for the progress of every area of the State.
He also appealed to the masses to check the quality of the works themselves as well so that executing agencies and contractors can also get help from locals and the works must be done as per the requirements of the masses.
Sharma also visited the adjoining areas of the Ward with the officials and directed them to take up the pending works as soon as possible in order to avoid public distress. He also mentioned that public chose BJP again in the recently held Urban Local bodies election in the State, especially in Jammu and maximum seats from Jammu West in these elections proves that Jammu West has progressed towards development and its example will be given everywhere as the most developed Constituency in the State.
District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, State Media Cell BJP incharge, Dr Pradeep Mahotra,  JE JMC, SK Arora, JE PWD, Paramjit, Yash Pal, Rajesh Kumar, Dr Rajinder Gupta, Satya Devi, Promila Rani and several others were also present.
