JAMMU, Sept 17: Sarpanch of Jagtu Chak area of Arnia died due to electric shock here today.
The deceased was identified as Rajeet Rana, son of Kripal Chand, a resident of Jagtu Chak District Jammu.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Arnia Police in this regard.
