Kidnapped girl rescued from Rajasthan, 2 brothers arrested

JAMMU, Sept 17: Chatha Police rescued a kidnapped girl from Rajasthan and arrested two brothers.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a man with family members with Police Post Chatha stating that his minor daughter is missing since 17 July, 2021.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 190/2021 under Section 363 IPC was registered at Police Station Satwari and hunt was launched to recover the girl.
During the course of investigation, a team from Police Post Chatha led by PSI Saddam Hussain was constituted under the supervision of SHO Satwari Inspector Deepak Jasrotia and Incharge Police Post Chatha Inspector Rakesh Roshan.
The team after hectic efforts rescued the girl from Ganga Nagar area of Rajasthan and arrested two abductors, who were identified as Kuldeep Singh and Satnam Singh, both sons of Sukhdev Singh of District Ganga Nagar Rajasthan.
The minor girl has been produced before Child Welfare Committee and also got medically examined and then handed over the parents.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
