JAMMU, Sept 22: The State Government has recalled Commissioner Secretary Agriculture Production Department, Asgar Hassan Samoon to discharge his normal duties and prepare project reports on losses to the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry due to recent heavy rains and flash floods.
The officer was deployed as Special Relief Commissioner, South Kashmir on September 10.
However, keeping in view the enormous loss caused to Agriculture and Animal Husbandry sector, he has been recalled to discharge his normal duties and prepare project reports on such losses.
Meanwhile, according to a separate order by GAD, Imam Din, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Doda has been assigned the additional charge of the post of ADDC, Doda till further orders.
