Samba police brings medicines for needy patients from outside

SAMBA, Apr 30: Samba police today delivered medicines to the needy patients of Vijaypur area suffering from cancer, depression & skin diseases brought from outside UT J&K.
According to the report, Muskaan Foundation, a NGO and the relatives of patients today approached Samba police for providing of medicines to the patients as the available medicines with the patients are totally consumed and are desperately required. The patients due to lockdown restrictions, unable to brought medicines from outside J&K.
At this, on behalf of Samba police, Ct. Sahil Gorkha of Police Station, Vijaypur voluntarily went to Mcleoadganj, HP and Pathankot, Punjab and brought much needed medicines for the patients suffering with cancer, depression and Skin diseases. The medicines were handed over to the concerned at PS Vijaypur.
All the family members deeply appreciated Samba police for such a noble act when there is no other hope to get the medicines amidst country wide lockdown.
