JAMMU, Oct 13: A meeting of J&K Prant Team Saksham held today under the presidentship of Pracharak RSS, Swami Swaminathan Ji incharge Saksham North India.
In the meeting threadbare discussion was held regarding organizing of the district level functions under Saksham involving disabled persons in the district along with the prominent persons , intellectuals and district level officers ,NGO’s and general public. The dates of all the districts have been finalised for such programmes and rallies will start from district Reasi.
Abhay Pargal , Akhil Bhartia Sadasya Saksham and the members of J&K Prant team including Pawan Dev Singh, president, Dr PP Raina, vice president, Chanchal Devi Women Wing president, Sunil Singh, general secretary, Sumit Dutta, Umesh Sharma, Suneet K Raina, Devinder K Vaid, district presidents including Chain Singh, Col (retd) Balwant Singh, Ajay Singh Kotwal and others attended the meeting.
Swami Ji exhorted on specific points and strategic principles of such big gatherings and successful completion of the missions in hand. It is a point to note that Saksham is working mainly for disabled persons in the society irrespective of caste, colour and creed .He stressed that every member of Prant Saksham team and all the district teams coordinate with each other for the upliftment of the disabled persons from their sufferings.
Abhay Pargal was also honoured on this occasion for being appointed as the Akhil Bhartia Sadasya Saksham recently. He complimented the gatherings for the support.
