Saksham holds Divyangs Sashaktikarn Sammelan

JAMMU, Mar 10: Saksham Jammu and Kashmir today held a Sammelan for divyangs at Jammu in which many divyangs along with their families from all the 10 districts of Jammu division participated and pledged their 100 percent participation in the fair of democracy in the coming months.
The aim of the Sammelan was to make all divyangs and their families aware about the Government schemes beneficial for their welfare. Besides giving a lengthy educative session, Rupesh Kumar, Prant Parcharak, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) also conducted a session to make all divyangs and their families familiar with the pace the nation is progressing for the last one decade.
The divyang families were assured of the Ayodhya Darshan in the coming summers at an opportune time. Rupesh Kumar also guided all divyangs and their families to follow the path of nationalism and behold a nationalist approach in making all decisions be they for self, society in particular or nation in general. They were also ensured that the Government as well as Saksham will conduct extensive awareness and sensitization campaigns to break down societal barriers and eliminate stigmas associated with disabilities so that an inclusive culture is built up in the society.
All the divyangs and their participating families and Saksham karyakartas were requested to reach out to all lakhs and lakhs of Divyangs and their families throughout the union territory and work for ensuring their 100 percent participation in the coming fair of democracy.
Many individual achievement stories like that of Bharat Ratna Sheetal Devi from Kishtwar were shared to boost the morale of divyangs and their families so that a positive transformation in their lives is made possible.
National joint secretary of Saksham Abhay Pargal, Saksham patron J&K BD Sharma, Saksham president Pawan Dev Singh, secretary Sunil Singh, prant prachar parmukh Satish Manhas and joint secretary Saksham Daleep Singh among many other district and state team members participated in the Sammelan.
