JAMMU, Dec 9: Shri Sain Charitable Trust for Higher Education & Research organized 5th Blood Donation Camp on the birth anniversary of Dr. Roop Lal Sharma, Founder-Chairman of the Trust.
The blood donation camp was organized at Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) in collaboration with SMVD, Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Katra.
The camp was inaugurated by Suman Sharma, Trust Chairperson along with Managing Directors, Ritesh Sharma and Ravish Sharma.
Trust CEOs Japna Sharma and Jasudha Sharma; Principal JIAR, Dr. Paramvir Singh and Vice Principal, Dr. Nitin Mahajan were also present on the occasion.
A power point presentation on the importance of blood donation was also shown to the gathering and around 90 volunteers donated their blood in the camp.
The management of JIAR felicitated and thanked Dr. Rita, Kashish and the entire team of SMVD Narayana Hospital.
The camp was coordinated by Dr. Abhishek Magotra, Assistant Professor; Dr. Ankush Bhardwaj, Associate Professor; Dr. Pooja Gupta, Associate Professor and Dr. Poonam Gupta, Assistant Professor.
