MUMBAI, May 9: Ahead of upcoming all party meeting at Kashmir, Shiv Sena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray J&K unit led by Manish Sahni, president Shiv Sena J&K, here today met senior functionaries of the Party at Shiv Sena Bhawan.
Sahni discussed several issues with Party’s senior functionaries and talked on unemployment, formation of Minority Commission and rising terrorism in J&K.
In a handout Sahni said that he met Shiv Sena National Secretary and MP Anil Desai; Maharashtra’s former Minister and MPs Subhash Desai and Arvind Sawant who guided him on current situation of J&K.
Sahni said that he also discussed the issue of restoration of Statehood to J&K, rights of local people, increasing unemployment and benefits of welfare schemes of Centre to the people of all minority communities including Hindus in J&K.
He informed that Shiv Sena leadership asked him to visit the people at grassroots level in J&K to raise their issues and motivate them to participate in all upcoming elections.
