JAMMU, Oct 6: Bus Stand Police sealed a roadside eatery and arrested its owner for violating COVID-19 guidelines.
As per police sources, on information regarding violation of COVID SOPs, a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Deepankar Singh under the supervision of SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Mohita Sharma conducted raid and sealed a roadside eatery.
Owner of the roadside eatery identified as Darshan Lal Dogra alias Dabbu, son of Kundan Lal, a resident of Kanji House District Jammu was also arrested.
A case under FIR Number 66/2021 under Sections 188 IPC and 51 DM Act has been registered against the arrested person at Police Station Bus Stand and investigation started.
