SAMBA, Mar 21: The fourth death anniversary of martyr Rakesh Kumar was observed at his native village Darhurai Samba today.
The MLA Samba Yash Paul Kundal was the chief guest on the occasion while the function among others was attended by DC Samba, Mubarak Singh, and Ex MLA Parkash Sharma besides a large number of people.
The speakers on the occasion paid rich tributes to martyr who laid down his life while fighting terrorists in Kupwara district of Kashmir Valley four years back.
