JAMMU, Nov 28: In a petition filed by Mohd Saleem Mirza Beigh, the then Superintendent of Kot Bhalwal Jail challenging his suspension, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal today directed the Director General of Prisons to review the suspension of petitioner.
After hearing Advocate Abhinav Sharma for the petitioner, Justice Kotwal directed Director General of Prisons to fulfill his legal obligation under the Government instructions by according consideration to the review of the suspension of the petitioner under rules and pass appropriate order within six weeks.
