ReT Forum demands inclusion of 5 years ReT period for seniority

JAMMU, Mar 30: ReT Teachers’ Forum has demanded the Government to include five years service of ReTs in their service record for seniority benefits.
In its monthly meeting held here today, which was attended by executive members of the Forum besides district presidents, the Forum expressed strong resentment against the callous approach of the Government towards the demand of 60 thousand ReT teachers for inclusion of their five years ReT period for seniority benefits.
The State president of the Forum, Vinod Sharma, who chaired the meet, said though Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of the State assured many times to resolve this issue but still the demand is unresolved.
The Forum also appealed the Government to release salary of regularized ReT teachers under SSA including several months salary of regularized EVs teachers of the State.
