SRINAGAR: The District Magistrate (DM), Srinagar, has ordered imposition of Restrictions in the down town and Shehar-e-Khas (SeK) tomorrow as a precautionary measure to avoid any law and order problem.
According to the DM Srinagar, restrictions under Section 144 of CrPC will remain in force under the jurisdiction of Police Stations, Nowhatta, M R Gunj, Rainawari, Khanyar and Safakadal, in district Srinagar on September 15 (Friday) as a precautionary measure to avoid any untoward incident.
The restrictions have been imposed following the killing of two top militants of Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) in an encounter with security forces in the outskirts of the city this afternoon. (AGENCIES)
