Responsive admn must for public good: Pathania

RAMNAGAR, (Dalsar), Dec 4:  MLA Ramnagar, RS Pathania has exhorted upon the officers for a responsive and proactive  role  in order to achieve  the  desired results while visualizing  a wishful target.
The MLA asked the concerned officers to start repair works  on Ramnagar-  Johnu,  Ramnagar – Chowki,  Marta Dheeran,  Goondian Sunetar and Ramnagar to Satian roads.  He also directed  tehsildar Ramnagar  to immediately conduct a joint meeting /inspection  of  PMGSY and PHE  Departments  so  that shattered  pipe network  on Majua to Russian road could be restored  immediately.
Pathania also  directed  for laying  of  fresh  pipes in  Ramnagar  town whereas  representatives of different departments, Bishan Singh,  CEO Udhampur,  BDOs from Ramnagar, Parli Dhar,  Sundeep Sharma,  tehsildar Ramnagar,  senior officers and other district/block heads of  Education department, Rural Development, Power Development Department (PDD), Public Heath Engineering (PHE), PMGSY, Social Welfare, ICDS, Health, Industries Deptt and other departments were also present.
He called for greater coordination between general public and officials of various departments for speedy development of the area and redressal of the public issues. Earlier, he gave patient hearing to several issues projected by the people of the area and issued direction for on spot redressal of the problems projected by the people.
MLA Ramnagar directed the officials of various departments to put up notice boards displaying complete information about the name of work, scheme, source of funds, funds spent, and name of contractor with his contact number for the information of general masses. He also gave directions to departments to display the name/estimated cost/funds spent / etc on display boards.
GM DIC Udhampur, Neelam Khajuria  gave presentation of  schemes and programmes available with them as well as subsidies and perks given  by the Government in boosting Industrial growth in rural areas.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Jagmohan, Raj Kumar, Bikram Singh,  Capt Tulsi Dass, (all Sarpanches), Sham Lal – Mandal  Pradhan, Sachin Gupta and others.
