JAMMU, Apr 10: The inhabitants of Bhaderwah Chakka held protest against the Power Development Department (PDD) for its failure to repair damaged transformer in the locality.
Protesters alleged that the power transformer installed in this area suffered damage some time back but no one from the department came to repair the transformer as a result the people are without power supply for over one month.
They urged the district administration to direct the concerned officials to repair the transformer otherwise they will be forced to block the Bhaderwah-Doda road.
