JAMMU, May 24: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU), in a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of Abdul Majid Malik, decided to apprise the indiscrimination done by the State Government to National Congress chief Sonia Gandhi through Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, who is coming for 2-days visit to the Valley.
The meeting alleged that State Congress president, Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah are working against the State OBCs, as 27% due share of the State OBCs vide Apex Court’s Judgement of 1992 on Mandal Report has not been implemented till now.
“All OBC institutions are working against the State OBCs under the directions of Chief Minister and Prof Soz”, the speakers maintained.
They appealed the State OBCs to boycott the programmes of the Congress and National Conference in view of their fraudulent and treacherous attitude towards the State OBCs.
