JAMMU, Jan 21: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) has stated that it wants to bring into the notice of the delegation of 31 MPs on Srinagar visit that no change in reservation rules has taken place in J&K even after the abrogation of special status of the erstwhile J&K State.
In a meeting AIBCU members claimed that even after making J&K an UT, Central laws are not implemented here.
They claimed that the Reservation Act of 2004, which was imposed by Gupkar group, is still continuing in J&K. They also said that the visiting delegation should take a cognisance of this issue.
All AIBCU executive members including Kewal Krishan Fotra and M.R Bangotra participated in the meeting which was chaired by the Union president, Abdul Majid Malik.
