Renewal of reharies

Sir,
I take  the opportunity to express my appreciation for the remarkable job of removing reharies from the Jammu city done by the daring JMC Commissioner  Mandeep Kour IAS. This officer really deserves a pat on her shoulder from an old man like me. So many JMC Commissioner came and gone but none had ever thought of beautifying the city by doing so. Jammu is already a congested and small city and rehari-walas had made its roads, bazaars and markets more congested by setting their reharies anywhere, everywhere as per their wish. It was a nuisance which has very rightly ended by the Commissioner. These rehariwalas sell their commodities on enhanced rates as per their own choice and none from the Govt side ever bothered to check it. Reharies would spread even in the small and their lanes of the city due to which it was difficult for the pedestrians to walk by. Moreover, most of the rehari walas are not locals and they belong to Bihar, UP, Chattisgarh and other States.
It is rather surprising to me  that the political leaders like local MLAs, MPs and former Corporates have not uttered even a single word of appreciation for the excellent job done by the JMC Commissioner. They should have done so if they are honest. No problem, if they did not, because the Commissioner has done all this considering it a part of her duty and not for the appreciation purpose.
The new incumbent requested to clear the Jammu Bazaars and Markets from thousands of two wheelers and cars parked in front of the shops by the owners of the shops themselves considering the roads as their encestral property.
Secondly, he should also think about the problem of thousands of stray dogs in the lanes of the city.
Yours etc…
