Remain vigil against forces exploiting people for petty gains: Gul to NC cadres

SRINAGAR, Mar 6: Senior NC leader and former Speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly, Haji Mubarak Gul today presided over a meeting of block working committee of Eidgah Constituency at Safakadal, Eidgah.
During meeting, many issues concerning the people of Eidgah Constituency were discussed.
NC Block Eidgah working committee members highlighted the issues so that the same be forwarded to Party high command.
Speaking on the occasion, Gul expressed gratitude to the Party working committee members and well wishers for their continuous love and support to him and the Party in the constituency.
Lauding Party workers and the people, he assured to leave no stone unturned to live up to the expectations of his Party, workers and people of Eidgah Constituency.
He stressed upon Party workers to continue working hard for the betterment of the Constituency and strengthening the Party at grass-root level.
Gul further stated that NC cadres need to keep vigil against hostile forces exploiting people for their petty gains and maintained that NC won’t let such forces succeed in their nefarious designs.
He tabled various resolutions which were unanimously passed.
The NC leader said: “Development in Srinagar has not happened in the past five years because there has been no proper planning and no prioritisation. Contrarily projects which were started by the previous NC led government have been put into a lurch.”
He claimed that Kashmiri youth face joblessness and sharp annual increase in the cost of living has further pushed them to the wall.
