It is quite unfortunate that preliminary exams of KAS aspirants which were to be held in 2014 have been postponed three times leaving the aspirants in utter confusion and dismay. Unfortunately it appears that Jammu & Kashmir PSC does not exist which needs to be made functional. The aspirants of 2015 batch are also under great confusion and dilemma when the earlier exams have no certainty of being held. It is requested that to provide justice to the aspirants of 2015 also, the posts need to be readvertised so that they can also apply and appear with the batch of 2014.The exams should be held immediately without fail so that the candidates do not suffer any more. We appeal to the Chief Minister to kindly intervene to readvertise the posts.
