JAMMU, Feb 17: Senior District Vice President, National Conference and Chairman, Pahari Development Forum, District Kishtwar Kartar Singh Rathore met Commissioner Secretary PHE and Finance Department and handed over memorandums to them.
Rathore said that the community participation workers, who had donated the land to the PHE Department, are without wages for the last two years and are suffering a lot.
He appealed to the Commissioner for immediate release of their salary to prevent them further starvation.
Rathore also apprised the Commissioners that those community participate workers having nearly about ten years should also be brought under permanent regularization.
Commissioners gave patient hearing to the grievances and after processing the case, sent it to Governor for approval.
