JAMMU, Jan 14: Police here today arrested a rape accused from Bishnah.
As per police sources a case was registered on written complaint by a girl yesterday that one Sahil Charak son of Sarbjeet Singh resident of Ratnal, Bishnah raped her forcefully and made videos and clicked pics of the crime and uploaded them on Instagram.
A case in FIR no.14/2023, U/S 376/504/506 IPC 67(A) IT Act was registered at Police Station Bishnah and search for the accused was started sensing sensitivity of the case.
After hectic efforts cops apprehended the accused Sahil Charak and put him under police remand.
