Rana said that the proxy government of BJP at the Centre is playing dual policy and befooling the people of the state. He said on one hand the same government has not respected the Instrument of Accession signed by the same Maharaja which protects the land and job rights of people of Jammu and Kashmir and on the other hand the government has abolished the same rights with the abrogation of Article 370 from the state.
