JAMMU: Inspector General Ramawatar will replace DK Upadhyaya as next IG Border Security Force, Jammu Frontier, official spokesman here said.
He said that Mr Ramawatar DIG /PSO Frontier HQ BSF Jammu has been promoted as Inspector General and posted as IG BSF Frontier Jammu. He achieved two major milestone of his career today as he has also been awarded President Police Medal for Distinguish Service on eve of Republic Day -2017, said the spokesman.
Upadhyaya IG BSF Frontier Jammu who commanded Frontier very successfully, has been posted at FHQ BSF New Delhi. (AGENCIES)
