JAMMU, Jan 17: Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 2004 batch Rakesh Kumar has taken over the charge of Additional Commissioner of Income Tax Range-3 Srinagar along with the additional charge of Range-2 Jammu.
He remained posted in Income Tax Tribunal, Vigilance Directorate with non-corporate as well as corporate charge and transfer pricing charge under international taxation since 2014 and even underwent international training programme at Amsterdam in the year 2018.
