JAMMU, June 6: To assess preparations for the forthcoming statewide Jan Sampark Abhiyan, a meeting of the BJP SC Morcha was held here today.
The meeting was chaired by BJP Jammu & Kashmir vice president and in-charge of the campaign “12 Years of Development with Trust and Public Welfare”, Rakesh Mahajan.
BJP J&K vice president and SC Morcha Prabhari Bharat Bhushan Bodhi, SC Morcha state president Davinder Kumar, SC Morcha co-prabhari Jagdish Raj, Morcha general secretaries, state office bearers and district presidents from across Jammu & Kashmir also attended the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Rakesh Mahajan said, “The BJP has resolved to launch an extensive outreach campaign across the Union Territory to mark the completion of twelve transformative years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Government. This is for the first time, the SC Morcha has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading this significant Jan Sampark Abhiyan, reflecting the party’s confidence in the organizational strength and outreach capabilities of the Morcha.”
During the meeting, Mahajan took a detailed district-wise review of the preparations made by the SC Morcha and discussed strategies to ensure maximum outreach among the masses.
SC Morcha state president Davinder Kumar informed that the Morcha has completed extensive organizational preparations at the district and mandal levels.
He stated that dedicated teams have been constituted across Jammu & Kashmir and a detailed action plan has been prepared to ensure effective implementation of the Jan Sampark Abhiyan.
BJP J&K vice president and SC Morcha Prabhari Bharat Bhushan Bodhi expressed gratitude to BJP J&K resident Sat Paul Sharma (CA), Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament and Organization general secretary Ashok Koul for reposing faith in the SC Morcha by assigning it the responsibility of spearheading the outreach campaign.
The meeting concluded with a unanimous resolve to ensure the active participation of SC Morcha workers across Jammu & Kashmir and make the campaign a resounding success.
