SRINAGAR, July 6 : Prof Radha Kumar, who was one of the Centre’s Interlocutors on Jammu and Kashmir, called on N N Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here this evening.
During their meeting, the Governor and Prof Radha Kumar discussed various issues relating to J&K being developed as a frontline State in the country.
