JAMMU, May 27: Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha (PVS), J&K, has demanded the Government to announce Vishwakarma Day a gazetted holiday.
The demand was raised in the Executive body meeting of the Sabha, held here today under the chairmanship of its president, Ravi Kumar Verma.
It was also resolved in the meeting that Central Sabha of Pradesh will make extensive tour of all the the units of the Sabha in Jammu province to strengthen the Sabha at grass root level.
Inderjeet Dhiman, Harbans Lal Verma, RC Angotra, Puran Chargotra and many others spoke on the occasion.
