JAMMU, MAR 30: Santosh Lidhoo Raina, mother-in-law of Anil Bhatt, Bureau Chief of Press Trust of India (PTI) in Jammu and Kashmir, died today at GMC Hospital Jammu after battling with cancer.
She was mother of Vitasta Raina, Assistant Town Planner (ATP) Jammu Development Authority (JDA) and Vikas Raina, President of Pune-based multi-national company.
