MENDHAR, Oct 10: Residents of Gursai and Fambra Nad held protest demonstration against the PDD authorities for the poor supply of electricity in the area.
A large number of people after Friday prayers assembled at Fambra Nad Power Station in Gursai and held strong protest against PDD authorities. They alleged that after recent rains and floods, the power supply in Gursai, Harni, Kallar Morha, Nakka Majari and Fambra Nad area has been badly hit. The power supply is available hardly for 3-4 hours a day. The people are facing worst crisis. Moreover, the concerned PDD staff has failed to restore the power supply properly. The movement of traffic was also disrupted for some time. They demanded that power be restored to these areas without any more delay.
