Promo & music of Kashmiri film ‘Alakh Ishwari Mata Shri Roop Bhawani’ released

JAMMU, June 28: Promo, title song and music of Kashmiri Feature Film ‘Alakh Ishwari Mata Shri Roop Bhawani’ was released today at Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust (SAST) Temple, Tirath Nagar, Talab Tillo, Jammu on the eve of 397th birthday of Mata Roop Bhawani, a saint from Kashmir.
The film by Kanwar Peshin is based on Mata Roop Bhawani Temple and the music, promo and title song was released by management of SAST and Athrot in the temple. Copies of music DVDs and posters of film were offered at the feet of Mata Roop Bhawani.
The title track, promo song and 7 wakhs of film have been composed by renowned music director, Ravi Bhan and have been sung by upcoming singer Sumita Bhat as lead voice with Ravi Bhan. They were supported by Sahil Bhat, Neetika Bhan and Shruti.
The film is an effort to reconnect KP generation next in exile to its roots and a young father being played by Kanwal Peshin is telling his teen son Abhimanyu Peshin the story based on life history of Rup-Bhawani who was incarnation of Maa Sharika.
This film is being directed by Pradeep Pandita, associate director and casting director, Arvin Tickoo, music has been rendered by Ravi Bhan, sets designed by Virji Sumbly and costumes by Bhoomi Human Welfare Society and Jatinder Jotshi.
Around 45 artists are performing in the film which include Captain Mahraj Krishan Jotshi in lead role. Title song has been written by Lt Sarwanand Koul Premi and wakhs have been sung by Sumita Bhat.
The film is being produced by Pardeep Pandita, Prince, Chander Peshin, Nimble Koul and Ajitesh Peshin.
