JAMMU, Oct 15: Under Party’s ongoing organizational elections at Mandal level, Prof. Sham Lal Gupta has been elected as President for BJP Jammu East Mandal.
This was announced by Returning Officer Rajnish Jain in presence of MLC Ashok Khajuria, MLA Rajesh Gupta, Senior leader Yudhvir Sethi and others.
Rajnish Jain, while announcing the election of Prof. Sham Lal Gupta, said that his name was proposed by party leader Rajinder Singh and seconded by another leader Ajay Kumar and as there was no other candidate, Prof. Gupta stands elected unopposed.
Prof Gupta assured the party that he will work whole heartedly for further strengthening the party.
