Prices end flat in narrow movements

NEW DELHI, Apr 20: The wholesale pulses market remained flat today as select pulses continued to trade in a tight range owing to lack of worthwhile buying activity and settled around previous levels.
Traders said adequate supplies against lack of worthwhile buying activity mainly kept pulses prices unaltered.
The following are today’s pulses rates per quintal:
Urad 3,900-4,300, Urad Chilka (local) 4,750-5,100, best 5,200-5,700, Dhoya 5,700-5,900, Moong 5,700-6,200, Dal Moong Chilka local 6,200-6,600, Moong Dhoya local 6,550-6,650 and best quality 7,250-7,350.
Masoor small 4,400-4,600, bold 4,550-4,800, Dal Masoor local 5,100-5,200, best quality 5,200-5,300, Malka local 4,900-5,000, best 5,100-5,200, Moth 3,900-4,500, Arhar 4,500-4,900, Dal Arhar Dara 6,200-6,400. Besin Rajdhani and shaktibhog Rs 1700 each per 35 kg bag.
Gram 3,600-4,300, Gram Dal (local) 4,300-4,400, best quality 4,600-4,700, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,720, Rajdhani 1,720, Rajmah Chitra 8,400-9,600, Kabli Gram small 4,000-6,100, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100; Lobia 4,000-4,800, Peas white 2,775-2,800 and green 2,850-3,000. (PTI)
