JAMMU, May 8: The Government today modified transfer and posting orders of two senior IAS officers and ordered transfer of couple of others while giving additional charge to a KAS officer.
Shaleen Kabra, who was posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal by the Cabinet on April 28, has now been posted as Principal Secretary, Labour and Employment relieving Navin Kumar Choudhary, Commissioner/Secretary, Finance of additional charge of the post.
Pramod Jain, Director General, Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, has been re-designated as Vice Chairman and Director General IMPA and Rural Development.
The post of DG IMPA and Rural Development has been declared equivalent to the cadre post of Chief Secretary till it is held by Jain.
The Government has ordered that Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue Department will hold charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in addition to his own duties.
Meanwhile, M Raju, Special Secretary, Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation vice Simrandeep Singh, who will await orders of posting in the GAD.
Arun Kumar Manhas, Additional DC Jammu, will hold the charge of the post of Director Information J&K till further orders relieving Mohammad Hussain Malik, Secretary to Chief Minister of the additional charge.
