JAMMU, Feb 26: Jammu and Kashmir Prajapati Sabha on Sunday celebrated the 699th Prakash Utsav of Sant Sri Gora Ji Maharaj at Prajapati Bhawan, Jammu.
As per a statement, the celebration event was organised under the chairmanship of Ayoudhya Kumar Manawa, President of the Sabha while as Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member Parliament; former Minister Priya Sethi, J&K BJP Vice-President, Yudvir Sethi and Jammu Mayor Rajinder Kumar Sharma, were the Guests of the Honour.
The statement said that the function that started with an Aarti followed by Bhajan and Kirtan was attended by the prominent social workers of Prajapati community from Jammu and Kashmir and other States.
Addressing the gathering, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma and other guests assured progression of the community through different initiatives in Jammu and Kashmir, it said.
The MP from Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma also announced Rs 11 lakh out of MP Development Fund for constructing a community hall.
