SAMBA, Feb 18: Jammu Postal Division opened Branch Post Office at Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex, here, today. The Branch Post Office was inaugurated by Rohit Kajuria, Deputy Commissioner, Samba in presence of Gaurav Srivastava, Director Postal Services (HQ), J&K Circle, Jammu and J.R. Angural, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Jammu Division, and other officers of the Complex.
On the occasion, Rohit Kajuria, Deputy Commissioner, Samba congratulated the Department of Posts for making this facility available in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex. He was informed that this facility will facilitate all the offices and general public visiting the complex. He was also informed that facility will be available for incoming and outgoing mails for all offices and general public. In addition, this will facilitate all financial services to the employees and general public.
Further, Aadhar enrollment & updation camp will be held on every fortnight on Thursday in this Branch Post Office.
