SRINAGAR, Feb 23: A delegation of prominent political activists from Hazratbal constituency today joined Apni Party at its office in Lal Chowk area here.
The political activists who joined Apni Party included- Dr Abdul Majeed Sofi and Tanveer Ahmad Lanker from Hazratbal.
The joining ceremony took place in presence of Apni Party Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, District president Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, District president Kupwara Raja Manzoor, DDC Chairperson Srinagar Malik Aftab, In-charge Ganderbal Javid Mir, In-charge Khanyar Constituency Mohammad Yaseen Choodisaaz, Provincial president Youth Wing Kashmir Khalid Rathore, Party leaders Javid Junaid and Momin Beigh.
Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold Mohd Ashraf Mir impressed upon the new entrants to work for the redressal of the grievances and problems faced by the people in Hazratbal constituency.
“Apni Party has always shown persistence in voicing the concerns that matters most to the common people. Our politics is based on the principles of truth and sincerity,” Mir added.
On the occasion, the new entrants extended gratitude to the party leadership for providing them a platform and avowed to strengthen the party at grass-root level.
